IGT Supertuscan "BELLAGIOIA"
The vines are Guyot trained on hilly land with soil of medium texture, over a limestone base with plenty of rocks and pebbles, following painstaking pruning and thinning of the bunches of grapes. Harvested by hand at the end of September and then dried for 42 days.

Chianti Classico DOCG "GRAN SELEZIONE"
From our vineyards in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, the noble land of origin of Sangiovese, from deep, extremely rocky soils with very little organic substance, where the fruit is a gift rewarding great wisdom and sacrifice. A long-lived wine with a very distinctive character.
Chianti Classico DOCG "GASPERO 1897"
From our vineyards in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti, the noble land of origin of Sangiovese, from deep, extremely rocky soils with very little organic substance, where the fruit is a gift rewarding great wisdom and sacrifice. A long-lived wine with a very distinctive character.
Chianti Classico DOCG RISERVA
Produced from two of the most renowned areas of Chianti Classico viticulture, Vagliagli and Castelnuovo Berardenga, offering the best conditions for Sangiovese to reach optimal ripeness with intensely aromatic clusters. The Riserva is the result of the finest vineyards.
Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG "San Cirino"
San Cirino is the perfect expression of a terroir in which Sangiovese reveals all the complexity that has made it famous all over the world, with elegance, smoothness, and great longevity, demonstrating respect for the varietal.
IGT Rosè "ROSA"
Sangiovese makes a white wine, vinified without the peels, from carefully selected and gently pressed grapes. Fruit and plenty of verticality, both to the nose and on the palate.
IGT White "LE PRIMULE"
Trebbiano Toscano, rediscovered on the estate for its particular features. This is no ordinary wine but a true niche product well worth discovering, with the longevity of a precious diamond, that will not lose value with time; vinified with brief maceration on the peel and fermented at low temperature.
The olive grove at Colombaio is a true forest of centuries-old olive trees producing extra virgin olive oil of outstanding quality. But in addition to its speciality wines and top-quality olive oil, Colombaio celebrates another treasure of the Italian art of distillation: Grappa.

Tour & Tasting
Colombaio Winery, located in the heart of the Chianti countryside on the Via Francigena, the ancient pilgrimage route to Rome, offers guided winery tours for wine-lovers to find out more about fermentation and ageing methods. After the tour, visitors can sample a selection of our wines, with an option for a light lunch or dinner available with advance booking.
