Rooms - Farmhouse in Monteriggioni close to Siena "Fattoria il Colombaio" has 8 rooms including 6 bedrooms and 2 triple rooms, all located in the main building (villa).
Apartments - Adjacent to the villa there are two apartments obtained from the ancient barn, totally independent and with private outdoor area with table and chairs.
Facilities - On the ground floor is the living room where breakfasts and dinners are served to order. Guests have a beautiful rooftop pool with views of Monteriggioni, the Via Francigena and our vineyards.


Rooms

The Rooms are all renovated keeping the typical rustic Tuscan heat and adding a scrupulous attention to detail. Tiled floors accompanied with rich fabrics and furnishings in solid wood specially made by local craftsmen. All rooms have bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, Wifi, mini bar and safe. Breakfast is a joy to wake up to and emotion for the palate, is prepared by selecting quality products and favoring genuine local handicrafts. Milk and yoghurt, pies and homemade cakes, cold cuts and cheese are some of the products that can be enjoyed in the morning in the breakfast room. During the summer, breakfast is served outside with the magnificent view of our vineyards and the towers of Monteriggioni.


Apartments

The spacious and comfortable apartments are divided as follows:
- Apartment for 5 people: small independent house with living area with armchairs and a kitchen, bedroom, bedroom with three single beds, bathroom with shower, private outside space with table and chairs. Terracotta floors, stone walls, ceilings with exposed beams in chestnut and solid wood furniture specially made by local craftsmen. It equipped with air conditioning, wifi, television, safe. For a small fee you can enjoy breakfast. The apartment includes bath towels and bed linen.
- Apartment 2 + 2 people: small independent house with large living area with sofa bed and kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, private outside space with table and chairs. Terracotta floors, stone walls, ceilings with exposed beams in chestnut and solid wood furniture specially made by local craftsmen. It equipped with air conditioning, wifi, television, safe. For a small fee you can enjoy breakfast. The apartment includes bath towels and bed linen.
