Oil of unquestionable quality, made from the olives of trees cultivated on ancient terraces in the foothills of Monte Maggio (May Mount) opposite the estate.
The favourable position, microclimate and soil composition, rich in volcanic rock, make it an ideal place for cultivating olive trees.
Made from "Frantoio", "Moraiolo" and "Leccino" olives, hand-picked and processed quickly.
The result is a very fruity, intense oil, with evident notes of artichoke and cardoon.
Excellent on salads, for dipping raw vegetables, barbeques and traditional country-style soups, or simply with Tuscan bread: "Bruschetta".
